Melamine Hot Pressed Wall Panel

1. Description:

The wall panels currently in market usually use very cheap LDF(low density fiberboard) as core material, thickness at 6mm, it’s not strong and easy to be break off. And the surface are PVC coated, well, it’s cheaper than us, but totally different in quality. In this situation people why not use wall paper.

However AIPU laminate wall panel is absolutely new, we use standard 8mm thickness HDF( high density fiberboard) as core material, to make it stronger we laminated it use melamine décor paper on 2 face. We call it hot press technique, because it’s made out by over 200 degrees centigrade on temperature and high pressure. This will ensure the strong surface and whole material.
